Alexis is a licensed mental health therapist who prioritizes a person-centered approach and authentic human connection with her clients. While there is a wide array of issues that she treats, she is most interested in helping individuals address issues with addiction, complex trauma, dissociation, chronic pain/illness. Over the last decade, she has worked in outpatient, inpatient, and community case management roles, serving individuals with behavioral health conditions.

Her approach pulls from multiple modalities and aims to understand you as a whole experience, not just your symptoms. She has been trained and primarily utilizes the following modalities: EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, SFBT, and Harm Reduction. Another passion of hers is a focus on duel-diagnoses treatment, or in other words, substance use and mental health as co-occurring conditions.
