Nicolette is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist trained in EMDR and DBT with a specialty in treating trauma-related conditions. Nicolette works with adolescents, teens, and adults. Nicolette’s approach to therapy is informed by the idea that people may have become disconnected with their true selves due to their lived experiences and traumas. Nicolette is passionate about helping people explore how these distortions have occurred, and reconnect with their inner wisdom or true self. The work she does allows individuals to help clear these harmful beliefs and supports a return to a fulfilling, kind, and gentler life. She leads with empathy and uses an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to individual psychotherapy. She has helped dozens of individuals recover from their traumas, life challenges, and dysfunctional thinking patterns.
