With a professional journey starting in 2018 as a registered psychiatric nurse, and later evolving as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in 2022, I have consistently broadened my clinical expertise. My educational pathway includes a year-long fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry (2020) and a certificate program in Nutritional Psychiatry (2023), both through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. This combination of experience and rigorous training equips me to provide a unique, comprehensive, and person-centered approach to mental health.
In my practice, I specialize in the treatment of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and addiction-related issues. Drawing upon my extensive experience, I offer a range of interventions including medication management, nutraceutical therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness-based techniques, nutritional guidance, and stress reduction strategies. Alongside these, I also incorporate modalities like vipassana meditation, somatic work, movement therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT).
This integrated approach ensures that I not only treat the symptoms but also address the underlying causes of mental health issues. Through personalized care, we can together explore your mental health concerns in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, and build an effective treatment plan that suits you.
