  • Trauma-informed care is essential in all therapeutic contexts—but especially in psychedelic work, where states of vulnerability, openness, and regression are intensified. This training helps clinicians translate trauma-informed principles into the language and practice of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
    Key topics include:

    • Prioritizing emotional safety and relational attunement

    • Working with power, consent, and cultural humility

    • Identifying and managing dissociation, freeze responses, and overwhelm

    • Preventing re-traumatization during expanded states
We explore the therapist’s role as a secure attachment figure, and how to structure preparation, dosing, and integration in ways that empower client autonomy. This training supports ethical, inclusive, and responsive care for all clients—especially those most at risk of harm.
